2025 Hanoi Food & Hospitality Expo draws over 180 exhibitors

- The third edition of Food Hospitality Hanoi Expo kicked off on Tuesday in Hanoi, drawing more than 180 exhibitors from a number of countries including France, Germany, South Korea, and the United States.

The 3-day expo’s highlight is the Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025, the first-ever internationally-recognized culinary award in Vietnam, said Annie Tran, senior manager at Informa Markets Vietnam, which co-organizes the event.

This year's exhibition also features the Hanoi Talented Chef Contest, the Vietnam Barista Competition, and the Vietnam Aromaster Championship, the only sensory coffee competition in Vietnam.“These activities honor and promote organisations, brands, and individuals working in the food and beverage industry,” saidAnnie Tran.

As part of the event, seminars will cover topics such as optimizing operational costs in hospitality, applying artificial intelligence to enhance customer experience, and developing new FB business models that blend traditional culture with technology.
